A great new supplier
"Looking for a replacement banner pole. We are frequently outdoors and despite mitigation efforts, one of our banners’ pole was bent from a gust of wind. It was nice to find a place that has a long enough collapsable pole for a reasonable price. Shipping was a bit pricey, but still OK.

Posted Aug-14-2020David, The actual weight doesn't always determine cost. Years back UPS and FedEx went to dimensional weight. We did try to use USPS, but packages weren't being received or they were showing up damaged. As you can imagine that caused a lot of grief for our customers. Parts for stands seem to get a lot of comments on shipping. I think this is why a lot of manufactures don't offer parts. Keep in mind if you have a UPS account or FedEx account you're always welcome to ship on it. We get pretty great rates with both, but if you're shipping a lot you may have a better price. I'm happy we had the pole you needed, and I hope this explanation helps.
