Easy to order. Templates were mostly straight forward

"I placed an order and ordered the hardware only! I wanted the entire banner along with the stands - Not only do I feel dumb, but I work with all kinds of vendors and websites and I've never had this happen before. Luckily Tim Simmons reached out to me - on a Sunday! and let me know - so hopefully it works out ok. Thanks!"

Posted Sep-26-2019Denise, We've gotten this complaint on replacement parts before. We listened and brought on FedEx. Because you did home delivery the cost is more. Shipping from UT to IN for a 32" long package coming in at $16.73 is actually a great rate. We offer UPS, FedEx and allow you to ship on your own accounts too. We try to offer everything we can to help.

"Before ordering I needed assistance on making sure I selected the correct replacement banner. The customer service rep was very helpful as well as prompt with the responses. I plan to update my banners every year or so, will definitely return depending on the final product."
