Elite seals are prestigious banners given to retailers who are loved by their customers. To get one, a retailer has to consistently get high scores over time
"Unless your purchase meets a certain threshold, shipping is the extremely slow FedEx Surepost, which is great for their profits, but awful for a customer--very slow!! Paid $9 for shipping, and it will take 8 days or longer. Awful service!! Will shop elsewhere in future. It's a shame, because they used to have very good customer service."
"Paid for a baseball bag on 9/26 and got free shipping. I called on 10/02 to see where it was and I was told it shipped on 10/2! They said no refunds and I am stuck with 2 bags now since I did not plan on a 2 week ship time! It cost me $30 to do business with this outfit!"
"Stay away, they are unethical.
They sent the wrong glove, then agreed that it was a mistake and offered store credit. I declined store credit as they did not have what I wanted as a substitute good. They agreed to a full refund, shopping included as they screwed up the order and did not have the item in stock. Two months later, no credit on my American Express bill. I contact them again, and they said, "OH, I THOUGHT YOU WANTED A STORE CREDIT." It's a scam, they are one of those online retailers that hope you forget about your charges. I called again (still no refund) and I was told, "OH, SORRY, IT WAS OUR FAULT YOU WILL GET THE FULL REFUND." What a laugh, I checked my AMEX bill and they did NOT refund the shipping charges.
POND SCUM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS."
"Ordered a Nike Air Barrage 14 Glove last tuesday. Get home today, and there is a box the size of softball at my front door. Open it up, and they sent me a 7 inch tea ball nike ignitor.
No big deal I think, I will just call and send them out me a new glove. When I call, the girl asks me, am I sure that is not what I ordered. There is a invoice in the box for a 14inch barrage. After placing me on hold for 8 minutes she comes back to tell me that she doesnt have any more left.
Ahh the good old bait and switch. She says to pick out a glove and they will send it and waive the shipping. After looking I cant find another 14 inch that I like, I call back to ask do you have any Nike or Akedema gloves in a 14 in stock....girl goes, we cant search that way. I said, can you recommend and before I finish she cuts me off to say, sir, if its not on our site we dont have it.
Well f them then. I have to wait for the Return lable to get my money back, which is a joke. The tball glove they sent me is worth 12 bucks.
Just horrible, horrible customer service....stay away."
