"Unless your purchase meets a certain threshold, shipping is the extremely slow FedEx Surepost, which is great for their profits, but awful for a customer--very slow!! Paid $9 for shipping, and it will take 8 days or longer. Awful service!! Will shop elsewhere in future. It's a shame, because they used to have very good customer service."
