"Everyone here who has bought a version of some software at baseline who thinks they got a "good deal" I have some bad news for you. YOU GOT RIPPED OFF. This is a warning to anyone thinking of purchasing from baseline, be aware that they are selling Educational version of the software for MORE than it costs to buy them from anywhere else. For instance, the Adobe CS5.5 Design Premium from Adobe's sells the academic version for $449. Baseline software sells it for $734, nearly $300 more. Baseline compares the price of the product they are selling with the price of a different product, and that is dishonest."

Still have hopes of receiving great product. Very disappointed that I would pay the fee for 3-5 business day shipping and 7 business days later not only not have the product, but not be able to get a tracking number for it.
Nine business days and no information. Was promised a phone call this morning from the warehouse manager and nothing.
Ah, and then they come through (kinda). Software hadn't been sent so no tracking number. Took care of the shipping cost for me and shipped priority. So, if the software is what I'm expecting it to be, we're much closer to all good.
My star rating is maybe a bit low because I do this everyday and have certain expectations - especially with regard to being able to find packages."

"I was hesitant to purchase the Adobe Suite thinking I might get scammed, however I appreciated Baseline's 60 day guarantee. After contacting their email support to allay additional fears, I jumped in and purchased the software. I received it in a few days and was able to register the software and get up and running immediately. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase software. I had a separate issue with one piece of the software that customer service immediately helped me resolve - and they didn't have to by the way. They are definitely a well run group and from all my interactions, they have a high level of integrity. I am very impressed!"

"The website is very user-friendly and the price was HALF of what I was expecting to pay.
Checkout was easy and clear.
My problem with the site is that they were late sending my package and my project was delayed. I paid for a 2-day Express shipment via FedEx, and did not receive the package for 5 days, 3 of those business days.
All in all, I will use Baseline again."

"The page for this item is misleading and represents it as being the full professional version. ITS NOT. It is the Educational version. My company needed the professional version to be legal since we are for profit. And Baseline sells it for more than the MSRP. They were very reluctant to take the product back and tried to refuse the package when it arrived. HORRIBLE COMPANY! The discs were not even in the factory box. I think they were actually copies."
