"Okay getting even better feelings about these guys. They have taken care of me very well today. I look forward to winning the iPad, getting my software and looking at them again in the future for software needs. Thanks to Jason for the help! Still have hopes of receiving great product. Very disappointed that I would pay the fee for 3-5 business day shipping and 7 business days later not only not have the product, but not be able to get a tracking number for it. Nine business days and no information. Was promised a phone call this morning from the warehouse manager and nothing. Ah, and then they come through (kinda). Software hadn't been sent so no tracking number. Took care of the shipping cost for me and shipped priority. So, if the software is what I'm expecting it to be, we're much closer to all good. My star rating is maybe a bit low because I do this everyday and have certain expectations - especially with regard to being able to find packages."
