"My first experience with BlankMediaPrinting was extremely positive. I made a mistake with my initial order and they solved it in a fast and friendly fashion (way friendlier than necessary, in fact, given that it was my own fault!) They also went above and beyond to double-check my printing crop. I saw another review on here describing their customer service as "red carpet," and I gotta say, that's exactly what I experienced: kind, precise, and helpful, I was really impressed. The final DVDs arrived way earlier than I'd expected and look absolutely phenomenal. I'd recommend them wholeheartedly and will continue using them going forward."
"If you want to provide your customers with ONLY THE BEST then it would behoove you to find another company to work with, as I have.
I've ordered DVD's with all the necessary inserts multiple times and everything was smooth except for this last order. THEY MADE A HORRIBLE MISTAKE which they readily acknowledged HOWEVER are now VERY SLOW to correct. I have customers myself and if I make a mistake I am very quick to correct IT as I don't want to give my customers any reason at all to write bad reviews OR worse go on social media letting the world know OR lose them altogether as a customer. Blank Media Printing is now treating THEIR MISTAKE as "we'll get to it when we get to it" and I'm now left with a product that is sub par.
In closing, yes their prices are great prices BUT if there is an error ON THEIR PART, which I am currently experiencing they are VERY SLOW to correct."

Thank you for your review, (we noticed you initially rated as a 4 star) which we feel has been posted out of emotion rather than an overall review of the service you've received from us multiple times since you joined as a customer in January this year. As discussed on at least two occasions at the end of April and beginning of May, when you placed and shipped your most recent order, we have been affected by the Covid-19 in a significant way with government regulations and the safety of our employees being an essential factor. If the global pandemic isn't affecting you or your business, that is fantastic news, but it is a severe problem. We can only have so many employees in a given space, and perhaps your understanding of the manufacturing process isn't well-formed. Commercial printing before the current unprecedented times is time-consuming due to many aspects of the process. It is not the same as clicking "print" from your home computer. With the current situation, we have mandates that include strict distancing rules which prevent personnel from coming within 6 feet of each other. Therefore, production times have extended to most products. Unfortunately, we don't simply buy and sell finished products such as you do - we manufacture custom products. It is unfortunate that a slight reddish hue occurred on the DVD insert (and that this was a HORRIBLE problem leading to an inferior product). As per our terms and conditions, we will replace any faulty products due to quality issues. We have done this and your inserts shipped yesterday June 25th via 2 Day service and will arrive on Saturday 27th - tracking number is 175428990019. Typically, we request product return before replacement, BUT that would have delayed things further. If, in this strange and difficult time we find ourselves in, your custom printed product isn't done in our normal five days, but perhaps six, seven or even ten business days it is a testament to the fact that we are here working as best we can. We were pleased to read that you have found a new supplier and wish you the best of luck in the future.
