"I ordered a mirror from Bronson Design that was damaged in transit twice by the carrier. Throughout the process Bronson kept me informed and updated. Due to my rather unlucky circumstances with the carrier I decided to cancel the order and Bronson Design was completely understanding and swift to refund my money.

"Was very pleased with the customer service. I called to see if a product could be delivered by a certain date and I was told that the items was in stock in a West Coast warehouse and it was due to arrive in their East Coast warehouse by April 8th. I needed the product by April 12th. They said they would prefer to ship from the East Coast because that was closer to my home, but in any case they would make every effort to get the product here by the date I had requested. The item got here way before my expected date. I'm assuming they shipped it from the West Coast warehouse. I thought this was very nice, since they paid for the shipping and I did not have to pay any extra and got my product in plenty of time."

"Sent questions about an an item to their customer service email address and within 15 minutes I had a response from "Dave" who indicated they would have to contact the manufacturer for the answers.
The next day I received the answers to my questions and placed my order for the item.
Received the item 6 days later in perfect condition and installed as a surprise to my wife who loves it.
Excellent pre-sale customer service and will definately do business with them again in the future."

"My sister and I found an Uttermost mirror we loved for my bedroom. I checked around on the net and was happy to find Bronson Design Studio since they are in New Jersey and I am, too. I prefer supporting a local merchant whenever possible. Their price matched the lowest price I found anywhere else, lower than some. I checked their rating on BBB and found it was excellent. Now I know why. It was easy and I love my mirror."

"I ordered a mirror from Bronson and was very satisfied with their service. I had initially ordered the same mirror from another site and was informed 2 days later that is was on backorder. So, I searched the web and found Bronson Design Studio and ordered the same mirror for a lower price (yah). I looked on their site the next day and saw that the mirror was showing that it was on backorder at that time (but it was not when I ordered it the previous day). So, I called Bronson and spoke with Dave late that afternoon to see if I would be getting the mirror or if it was on backorder for 2 months. We are building a house and I had to place my sconces on the wall and their placement was dependent on whether I got this mirror or had to find a new one, because I could not wait 2 months. He said he would call Uttermost and let me know the following morning. I received an email the next morning before 8:00 informing me that my mirror would be shipping soon. I received it within a few days and it was perfect. Thanks Bronson!"

"I recently ordered two items from Bronson Design Studio online and could not have been more pleased. Their site is user friendly as are their prices. They carry high quality items at a great price and offer the best online customer service that I've found yet.
One of the items had been damaged in shipment from the mfgr., and Dave arranged for shipping a new one and for a pick up of the damaged item. He was pleasant, cooperative and pro-active. What a great place to shop!!!"

"I would highly recommend ordering from Bronson Design Studio's. I ordered 2 lamps and Dave at Bronson's was very kind in keeping me informed of the progress of my order. It was back ordered and I hadn't realized it but within a day of my order I got an email explaining the situation and telling me I would't be charged until my lamps were on their way. Dave also contacted me when the online backorder date was changed just to let me know that my lamps would arrive sooner. Thanks to Bronson's for the great communication."

"I had a wonderful experience with this business! The item I ordered was damaged during the shipping process, and they immediately sent out a replacement. The customer service department responded to my e-mails within an hour or two, not the next day like most vendors. This was truly one of the most pleasant online shopping experiences I've had!

"When I shop on the net, all I want is to obtain a quality product and be done, so I'm not one to take time to complete surveys or provide feedback. My experience with Bronson Design, however, warrants telling you about--not only for them but for you, the consumer, particularly; I'd want to know.
Received my lamp and really liked the style, but for the price point, the quality was not up to par in my opinion as where it assembled on the rounds it was not exact (there was more overhang on one side than another at each connection)--like perhaps the holes were not drilled on center. There were also some imperfections in the pieces with silver finishes. I let Bronson know that I wasn't completely satisfied and that I could live with the imperfections but would not be likely to purchase another UtterMost product in the future. My message was answered in less than five minutes with an offer to have another lamp shipped out immediately at no charge. In addition, it was found this lamp was soon to be discontinued, so the arrangement was for me to keep the lamp I had until the new one arrived just in case anything went wrong. WOW! Nothing but customer satisfaction focus here! You can feel confident in doing business with this merchant. By the way...I kept the first lamp though--the second one was worse. Still not thrilled with the UtterMost product but Bronson gets an AAA+++ in my book."

"I was very pleased with the experience from start to finish. The selection provided me with many options that appealed to me, whereas other stores and sites had few options I found appealing. The lamps I bought are just as gorgeous in person as in the photos on the website. The pictures on the site were clear and you knew exactly what you were getting. The website is very professional looking. The prices were fairer compared to other sites with the same lamp. The shipping was fast and the items were packed carefully. I received two emails, one confirming the order and one confirming shipping, so I was kept informed. Overall an A+. When I need similar items I will certainly look to their site again."
