"Received my Sony S6500 region-free player quickly and in great shape since it was double-boxed.
The unit performs perfectly and plays all region Blu-Rays and DVDs with out a problem.
PAL to NTSC conversion works well.
Would order from them again."

Received email on 7/14/12 with UPS tracking information. The stand was shipping from California.
Received TV stand on 7/19/12 in perfect condition.

"Sent questions about an an item to their customer service email address and within 15 minutes I had a response from "Dave" who indicated they would have to contact the manufacturer for the answers.
The next day I received the answers to my questions and placed my order for the item.
Received the item 6 days later in perfect condition and installed as a surprise to my wife who loves it.
