"Super fast delivery service - I ordered a Raynox 250 and an adapter ring on Friday Mar 14, and received them yesterday (March 16)! And the items were shipped from California to Pennsylvania. The customer rep (Ricky) was extremely helpful and patient with me on the phone (I called 3 times before making my purchases), and gave me options as to where to send my purchases to. Price of the lens as well as delivery charges are very reasonable.
Would recommend to anyone. Will definitely purchase from them again!"

1x BRA-KEN-UVG67 UV Guard 67mm
About the only thing I had an issue with was the shipping notification, but a quick call to the gentleman on the other end resolved that quickly.
My UV Guard is on back-order, but he assured me I wouldn't be charged extra shipping, which never had occurred to me to ask.
My products were shipped nice and neat and worked perfectly for my Kodak Z612.

"I ordered the item (a Raynox MX-3000 fisheye lens and a 52mm-58mm step-up ring) on Saturday evening, the item shipped on Monday, and arrived at my house on Tuesday. Assuming that I run into a need for a new lens (or camera bag, or whatever), I'll definitely buy from them again; they're way cheaper than the camera store around the corner from my office."

"I paid extra for fast shipping, when contacting them for status of order they said they had problems with server and they would get it out today. No discount in fact he said maybe I should just cancle the oreder ( I didn't want to cancle but he said he would and hung up on me) bad customer service. Not sure if I would buy here. Any time I called back they would not answer. Sent e-mail as well. Might be okay price but to hang up on me is not very good."

"Replied fast to my information request emails but stopped repliying once I did order. I did get an order confirmation very fast but now it's been a month since I've ordered and I recieved an email notice telling me that one of my items was backorder for one week (soon after ordering) but since then nothing, and they don't reply (or don't seem to get) my emails (sent more than 5 already). I do know many people who have been happy with this seller though but personnaly I can't say it's been a joy as I'm still waiting...
Prices are pretty good but shipping is pretty expensive atleast for Canadian consumers."

"This company is great I ordered two lens tubes for a Sony DSC-V1.
They shipped my order nicely packaged. I requested extra packaging, as my mail man is kina rough on our mail.
I ordered on 3/2/2004 and the package was delivered on 3/5/2004, without rush shipping it!
Their price is right, they follow up with confirmation e-mails, and the items are as advertised. They even gave me a free battery case (with their logo ;-))
