Our service rep, Gary, responded to inquiries promptly, was very knowledgeable of product and we received a email verification of our order within 15 minutes after placing the order. "I received the P.O. to pick my purchase up within 24 hours. However when I asked for a P.O. to return the sectional it took a couple of follow up e-mails to finally get it. It has been a week today since I returned the merchandise and while the warehouse told me they were required to notify BuildDiredt within 24 hours of the return I have not received a credit yet. I contacted my go to person at BD and she that they were still waiting to hear from the warehouse. Humm"
