"My wife and I were doing some hard searching for railings that were good looking reasonable in cost and came with everything to install them in one package.
You had them and actually came much sooner than I expected them to be here.
Next day I started installing. Although I am not ready to do the upper deck yet what I have done went as planned with all parts in box.

"We are in the process of ordering everything for a remodel. Other "suppliers" rates were high on both delivery and product. After we found what we wanted we called BuildDirect to find out about any discounts. The person we spoke to was polite and willing to work with us on our needs. Within 24 hours on a holiday weekend he got back to us with a revised list to enable us to continue our project. Comparing their product online to other suppliers prices they are low/very low. We are awaiting our order for the 5,000 lbs of product and if their service and prices have anything to say we will be very satisfied."

"Lots of money down the drain!
We just bought our first home, and wanted to put down some nice, durable flooring before moving in. Jessica, the sales lady was great to over night us some samples. I was so impressed by that! I mutilated them by trying to scratch it with scissors, and hitting it hard with sharp objects. I was so surprised that it seemed to hold up beautifully!!! So, I ordered. The flooring took longer than it was originally supposed to, AND it was damaged when we got it - still, Jessica handled it beautifully and sent replacement flooring quickly. We went to the work of laying it all, and thought we loved it. Now for the bad part. We had the flooring down for a very short amount of time, took every precaution to be sure that while moving it didn't get scratched, putting thick cardboard down on the areas we were moving things in at, and that once we got in EVERY piece of furniture had sliders on it before it ever touched the floor. But that wasn't good enough. Immediately, we see scratches on the floor from the simple act of pulling out our dining room chairs (the ones with the sliders, you know!?) and pushing them back in around the table. BAD scratches. We bought not the cheapest, not the most expensive, but about the middle of the road vinyl laminate plank flooring. I kept hearing about how durable it was, and there were NO warnings about only using rubber caps on the chairs (which is the ONLY thing we've found that won't scratch this floor!) I contact Jessica, finally find all my camera parts from moving, and get pics of the scratches to her, which is what she asked me to do, and all I get is this: I'm sorry that the product is not holding up to expectations. Unfortunately, without deeming it as defective, the warranty does not cover scratching." So this is my warning to you - buy local, so that people will care about their reputation enough to take care of their customers who spend large amounts of money with them. I would have been happy with a partial refund, but no - NOTHING but a very expensive scratched floor is what I'm left with.
UPDATE: It's 06/25/2015 and I was contacted by BuildDirect. Well, guess what? Now I KNOW I'll never do business with them again! I don't even know why the guy called!!!! He did NOTHING about the situation. He kept comparing it to getting a new car and putting scratches on it. He said would I expect a new car because I put scratches on it? It's not even close to the same thing. If I, or someone else does something that shouldn't be done to the car, yeah, it's gonna get scratched, but I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING THAT SHOULD PUT SCRATCHES ON THIS FLOOR unless, they are saying it's not durable enough to use in a dining room where chairs WITH SLIDERS on each leg, will be used. There was NO WARNING about that!!!! So yeah...again I say, buy local because if you have a problem with this floor, they are going to say "Sorry, but it's not covered by the warranty!" They do not care about what their customers think once they have your money. Period!"
