"Overall experience has been amazing! Glad director Brianna is not here anymore. New director Desiree is awesome! Most teachers are super friendly and nice. There is always a warm welcome every morning from staff or miss Tonya! Ms. Ariel and Ms. Marissa are amazing!! I have not had any major issues while my kids have been here. They will stay till their off to elementary. Attention to children in could be a little better."

Not Worth The Money
"My son was part of Children's Courtyard for about 4 months in 2018. I would receive a call almost every other day to pick up my son because they couldn't "control" his behavioral issues. They still charged me the full amount every week EVEN THOUGH they were sending him home 3-4 days a week by 11am. I was paying $220 a week for people who clearly had no patience to help my child grow. We felt as if they didn't even try to assess his issues like a professional child care employee should do, again he was expendable.
Harris Branch Children's Courtyard made our family feel that our son was unwanted and not worth their time/effort. The previous acting director was AMAZING and things didn't go downhill till she was replaced (about a month into my son being there). The director that replaced her along with the assisted director should have displayed the type of professionalism they boasted so much about, instead we were never greeted with a pleasant demeanor and they lacked the patience the previous acting director displayed. I don't know why she was replaced, but it's a pity because I think she was doing a stand up job.
Their approach to helping children grow and learn is really based on money. They can afford to shuffle through kids, which also means they don't put as much into their jobs like other daycares. The proof is in the pudding, my son is doing EXCELLENT in a new daycare. I know it's because they are more attentive towards children with ADHD, and actually take time to discuss the issues at hand instead of tossing them in the office to be picked up.
Maybe the ratio of kids to adults isn't balanced and they lack the ability to be more attentive. Whatever the case may be, we will never return to any of the Children's Courtyard for daycare needs. I DO NOT recommend this daycare to anyone with a child who might have special needs, even in the slightest amount."

"The teachers (for the most part) and director assistants have been warm and have shown love to our children. You need to hire a more fitting director that can lead the staff, motivate them, keep them from leaving and can acknowledge parents. Saying hello isn’t difficult."

I do not think my experience here reflects the brand
"I've had a couple of experiences with this brand, the first one was excellent, the second one at the Harris Branch location was really poor, there is no sense of customer service, my boy has been enrolled for less than 2 months and they have sent him home 4 times now, the last time they claim he had fever, when we picked him up the fever was gone. They do not apply any judgement in the policy, they just tell you that you signed the blooket (very poor response) they could not explain to me how my boy had a 30 minute fever and then he was perfect, I had to ask for permission at work to stay home because of the 24 hr policy, but again he had no fever at all. They have great tools, that is why I picked this brand again, however the customer service at this location does not exists. Unfortunate. Bad experience."

"General experience with this school has been good. A bit concerned with previous director and sudden absence of her. We really liked Director Angelina Fuchs and miss her. It seems she kept the school and staff together, was personal, professional, loving with all children, genuine, informative, concerned, great customer service and communication skills. It seems with the new director after Angelina and absence thereafter the quality of the school has gone in a downward spiral. We really hope we get another director, like Ms. Angelina Fuchs, so that the school can go back to the good old days. We appreciate your time and any consideration. Respectfully Anonymous Parent"

"Ms.Sheila has definitely been the highlight of our experience at children's courtyard. My child always says wonderful things about her. On several occasions she said that she loves ms sheila. That tells me that my child is being loved and cared for well!"
