"Director's communication is good but both teachers my child has had lack professionalism and ability to communicate. The school is too close to big name companies for it too look so dirty and dated. Look better on outside than inside. This has been a disappointing experience. Rather pay the extra $35/wk to go back to a higher level facility"

An accurate update of this horrible place
"I thought i would give more of an accurate review since majority of these reviews are from 2017. I do not recommend this place if you want your child to be in a safe environment. Very unprofessional and disrespectful directors, particularly NIKKI. Very unsafe classrooms as your child would not be watched unless you are the one doing it via camera. RUN!"

"I love Children's Courtyard in Irving off of Esters. The women who work here are loving and compassionate! They make me feel comfortable leaving my child in their care! My daughter is clean and smells good when I pick her up. Their facilities are very clean. I appreciate them more than they know. They communicate effectively and quickly. They are tech savvy with their apps to keep parents up to date. They love their job and it shows through the kids' smiles. Ms. Nikki, Deidre, Jas, Janet, JoAnna, and Terrie are all awesome! Jas, Janet, JoAnna, and Terrie are my daughter's teachers. Each of them truly care about my daughter and her well-being! I am so happy I chose this daycare for my daughter!Thank y'all for everything you do! Your passion behind your work is noticed and appreciated!"

"This establishment is always clean. They are very welcoming as soon as you come in through the door. I love our kids teachers and they have learned a lot. Even though it is pricey I do feel like they give the proper care and time I expect from a daycare. I’ve never seen any teacher on the camera be rude to a child or grab them inappropriately/rough. They are always doing activities everyday with the kids so they do not have time to be bored. Also parents night out are a lifesaver!"

"I have had a wonderful experience with this school. Everyone is friendly, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable about caring for my kids and for me as a parent. They never made me feel embarrassed for crying when dropping my kid off. Truly everyone here is a great caretaker and very personable."

"Great school. Always want to charge extra. They aren’t going to put any of your lonely into fixing the building or parking lot. If you child is going for the summer, plan on an extra charge for participation. If your child is going to learn at what level they are at, handwriting practice or additional teacher participation, plan on paying for it. The school/daycare wants to promote wellness through yoga, plan on paying for that activity as well. If a holiday occurs, plan on paying for your child to partipcate in this as well. Teachers, ok. Staff, ok. Facility, ok. Guess you get what you pay for. Look at other options first, because you get what you pay for."
