"The teachers are wonderful and communicate with me regarding our 2 grandchildren of their good/bad behaviors. Roman was potty trained by his teachers not by his mother. I respect all the teachers about teaching the children respect to one another at all levels. I am really impressed. When my 3 older children were little they went to daycares. Our older son went to Children's World. I loved that school until the 2nd child went there and was abused. The 3rdchild and our 4 child went to La Petite. There were bullies, I took the children out. This daycare don't allow bullying in this school. The teachers correct the behaviors of the children by talking to them right away. They really love and care our children. The woman who cooks the meals make amazing healthy meals that our grandchildren loves to eat Thank you, Carola MilsterP.S. "1. food policy: according to their saying, it is the state law that they can not keep food in the fridge!that's why if you kids are late for their mealtime, you kids will be staved! they say they are daycare but they don't do things for your kids! while if you call other daycare, if you pay for your kids food, that's your food. they will keep that food for you even you kids didn't eat that time. Childtime will throw the food you paid without your permission and not giving you any refund or won't let you not pay for it!2. their teacher: teacher quality is getting lower and lower. when one teacher is on PTO, they combine two classes together which is totally against the teache students ratio. During this time, you kids will have a high chance to get injuried and they won't improve their work performance but just ask you to sign the incident sheet! As a parent, I want my kids to be safe not signing the report threetimes a week! As a daycare,it is your reponsiblity to always mointering your teacher numbers, get enough teachesr to make sure all the kids are safe! Seems like they never do it!3. for mutiple times, i am seeing teachers yelling at kids there. the teachers qulities are getting lower and lower."

"I was really happy with the infant and toddler care. Felt the staff were loving and cared I individually for each child. I'm not sure anymore as there are so many new faces. As mentioned earlier, I was never satisfied with preschool and didn't witness any advancement in my child or prep for kindergarten."

"The location on Craycroft and River was phenomenal. I felt welcomed and my children were loved, it felt like family. This location on Thornydale and Ina, the employees are not really openly warm and friendly. They can be stand-offish., I mean there are some people that are very warm and outwardly friendly and personable Everything still seems disorganized still with a (I'll get to it later attitude), most times the facility is messy, with open milk pitchers everywhere on the floor outside of the classroom doors"

"I absolutely love taking my daughter to Childtime. I'm so happy with my choice. I'm a first time stay at home mom with A LOT of anxiety and the staff are so friendly and caring. The app keeps me updated and I'm so happy I can have photos of my daughter interacting and having fun every day, it is great to know that she is okay (especially for my anxiety). I can tell that my daughter loves the staff and all of her friends. Thank you all so much for everything you do. You play such an important role in these little ones lives."
