"I didn't meet the people who would actually care for my child and this deeply concerns me. If the person was gone at that moment, I would still expect the opportunity to be offered at a future date. I believe I was being sold on a program and a facility, which both appeared to be great. It truly bothers me that no attempt to introduce me or my child to the staff that would care for my child was made. Who is the person that will comfort my daughter when I am not there? Who is the person that will hold her or hug her? Who will be changing her diaper or taking her potty? Who will be feeding her? Who will be sharing in her life while she is not with her family? I have no idea, so how should I be expected to enroll her here? Pamphlets and tours or a list of credentials can't answer these questions. This is the first child care facility that I toured. The place that makes an effort towards introducing me to the people that care for my daughter will make me feel like it's the place for me."
