"This is the first time I have ordered from this company. Initial impression: I did not like the fact that their system lacked the ability for a promo code to honor the pricewatch price at the time of purchase. However, when the product shipped, the price was adjusted properly. Which brings me to my second impression. I ordered on March 4th at which time I received an auto confirmation. The next communicae I received from the company was on March 12th when it shipped. This seems like a very poor turnaround time to have esp. without letting you know that the item was backordered (or whatever the case may be). In addition, the shipping notification email stated "If you need a tracking number, please wait until the next business day to request it.". That seems odd to me. I feel that should be part of the information given in the shipping conformation. At this point I have an overall impression of disorganization from the company, but it gets worse... The unit I received was defective. Emails sent to the RMA department were not replied to in a timely manner, so I called. I was instructed to download an RMA form, fill it out, fax it in, and I would be called back. This process took 2 business to complete. Aside from the poor response, I feel like I have lost the "good deal" I found via pricewatch because I have to pay to return a defective product. In my past experience, if a company sent me a bad unit, they are apologetic for the inconvience, send another unit IMMEDIATELY, and include a return label AND RMA with the new shipment. Now I have to wait for God knows how long for my new unit. I don't think I'll be ordering from this company again."

"I contacted Cablemart to order a couple of switches, and the entire phone conversation seemed disorganized. The woman gave me a price on express shipping, and then decided that wasn't right and refigured it. I then placed my order to include express shipping at the cost she quoted. At the end of the day, I received a voicemail saying that she needed me to call her back, and another saying that the shipping manager had a dispute on the shipping cost and so the package couldn't go out that day. I tried calling back, but it was past their business hours, so I left a message. The next morning I called again, and she said that the package had not shipped because of the change in shipping price.
I cancelled the order, and I feel that the whole affair was very unprofessional. Besides the fact that I didn't get my product when I expected it, I feel like it wouldn't have taken much effort to try dialing the operator of our company and asking for me so that this could have been resolved in time to ship."
