"Ordered the Spyder3 Studio 6/5/08. An email was sent within a few minutes, confirming my order. Within 2 hours I received a tracking number. I received the package today (6/7/08). It was cheaper than the lowest price ($550 -buydig.com) and I got in 2 days."

"The SpyderPro3 didn't work well on my LCD screen despite help from the manufacturer who acknowledged problems and despite an update to the software. This Calibration-Direct outfit gave me a return authorization number, said nothing else about it, and then informed me that the software wasn't in new condition so they would charge me a 25 restocking fee. What a bunch of thieves. I intend to let every photography site I can find know of my experience with these cheap liars."

"Not a warm and fuzzy experience. No notice of order status sent, and after 24 hours my credit card account showed no activity. A phone call, within their hours of operation, got an answering machine. No call back on asking for order status. It was not until I attempted to cancel the order that I got notice that it had been "shipped this afternoon". And suddenly my credit card showed activity. The price was good but not a very pleasant on-line shopping experience. You can get the product for just a few dollars more at Amazon, and get peace of mind."

"I ordered Datacolor's Colorfacts Pro from this reseller. Excellent price and great customer service. I did have a problem on the manufacturer's end whereby they did not send me a complete package (was drop shipped from Datacolor), but that was the fault of Datacolor and not Calibration-Direct. Brian was on top of the issue and communicated the progress. Communication was great as far as responsiveness to emails. I was responded to way after business hours. Would I do business with Calibration-Direct again? The answer is yes.

"I ordered Spyder2PRO on December 12th, 2006. I received an email acknowledgement but it did not contain shipping or tracking information. I requested this info via email and received a response 3 days later saying the item was shipped on the 18th but without any tracking information. I requested a tracking link and received a USPS number on the 21st. However when I checked the post office had the number but it only indicated that the vender intended to ship the product. Thankfully the product was delivered on December 29th and appears to be working as advertised."
