"The WORST company BY FAR I have ever dealt with! Inferior high end desktop had less than 40 hours of use & of course it was just out of warranty. LCD screen failed, and even though I had an extended warranty, I was told it wasn't covered & a new screen would cost nearly $400.00 for them to replace....what junk!!!!"

"I was under the impression that I was ordering a genuine Canon BP 819 Battery & Charger. I received a battery that works in my camera and the charger also charges that battery. I called Accessory Circuit and made them aware that I wasn't completely satisified with my purchase. I spoke with Elliott (The Manager) and he assured me that Customer Satisifaction is their priority and promised to issue me a partial credit on my Visa. So I am very satisified with this agreement.

"I'm am totally impressed with Abt Electronics!! They were the first establishment in the country to stock a Canon HF 200. They notified me when it came in. I ordered it and it arrived immediately, packaged great, and it was all I expected! Shortly after I bought it, I noticed the price was reduced....I called them and they credited my charge card with the difference! VERY HONEST! One of the best online experiences I have had! I was also looking for a Panosonic DMP80 Blu-Ray player. I was ready to order from another website and changed my mind and I ordered this from ABT as well. Again I had the same positive experience! Too bad everyone couldn't be this dependable and great to deal with!!!
