Works well for my Mom
"I find this card very useful when I am on the road and at home: I even have my Mom able to keep in touch with her sister in law in England. She just has to push 3 buttons!
1 Local access, 2. my PIN 3. the 14 digit international number.
Long distance calling was always a scary thing, and now she (at 93 y/o) uses it. I don't think I ever got her to dial the 14 digit code.
And the service that I called once was very helpful.

Didn't happen!
"I ordered a card; they blocked my account for some reason, but neglected to tell me; they left me waiting for a week to see if any charges ever showed up on my credit card. I eventually had to call customer service where they got things straightened out in a grumpy but efficient manner. I've had good interactions with this company before, but this instance was pretty bad."
