Good customer service, thank you!
"I ordered a calling card online and missed the callback to verify; I asked for a callback and another chance to verify. I simply didn't realize how quick they would respond, so I neglected to answer the phonecall, preferring to 'monitor' what could be another one of those robo-calls I typically receive. The agent called me back promptly and went though the steps to activate. I printed the information on the confirming email I received and I was good to go. Thanks again!"

Great quality of calls!
"I dropped my previous calling service, because it was just ridiculous - paying money for irritation mostly, becuase 90% of my phone calls were horrible quality. "Before making my purchase of the phone card, there was no mention of a phone call to come within "5 minutes" of completing my purchase. Had there been, I would not have made the purchase after midnight my time. When this phone call came, it was almost 30 minutes later and the person could not be understood. This person continued to call me back about 6 times: I guess trying to get a better connection. Never could understand the person. Since it was after 1:30 AM my time, I took the phone off the hook and went to bed. Luckily my pin was in an email the next day."

Connection
"People at the "Live Chat" are extremely courteous and effective. The rates are also reasonable, especially when calling cell phone abroad via local access. However, the connection is not good enough--often times it takes several redialing before being able to converse and sometimes the phone got disconnected during a conversation. Also, the caller ID does not show the caller from the U.S., which makes people abroad hesitate to pick up the call."

"Since February - and a ban on IP over voice in Morroco - I could not talk to my sister any more. I believed that a calling card would be a complicated and expensive process.

Somewhat Hang-Ups
"Well, it never fails, but after an undetermined period of time, my card just hangs up when speaking with someone in Nigeria, Africa. Then, it increases in frequency. Sometimes I talk with her for hours, and have to keep calling back. So, not sure what this company can do about it, but the numbers are listed in my speed-dial if you want to know."
