"Deceitful Business Practices!!!!
I was told that the phone was shipped 3 business days after I ordered it, but they didn't have a tracking number available yet. Found out a week later that the phone had not been shipped yet. Called again and it was shipped out later that day. USPS by the way not UPS that I paid for.
Found out later the next week through tracking information that the phone had been shipped to my billing address instead of my shipping address. Called again and left more messages and didn't get a response back. Finally got a hold of someone and he basically told me that since the package had been accepted by someone at that address it wasn't their problem. We got into an argument and he eventually hung up on me.
Called back several more times and got a hold of someone else who said to go ahead and have the phone shipped and they would refund my expenses.
Finally received my phone to find out it wasn't the color I ordered. Not even sure that it is new, but it seems to work. 3 business days go by and no sign of a refund. Multiple calls and several messages later I get a call back from another rude customer service representative saying that they will issue me a refund. At this point I tell him that the color is also wrong and his response is "I guess you can send it back or you can deal with it".
He is right I guess I will deal with it, but I hope that anyone who reads this will spend their money elsewhere. They may be cheap but you get the lousy service you pay for.
By the way. I am still waiting on that refund.

Finally received refund for shipping but it went further downhill form there. Phone was not charging all the way up after less than a week of use and had other signs showing up that it was a used phone. (Stored internet profiles from someone else, RSS feeds, games and apps in Chinese)
Asked to return phone and they said that would be fine but I would have to pay to return the phone and they would charge a 15 to 25 percent restocking fee. That is not really fair when THEY sent me a used phone but I was sick of them so I did it anyway.
Got my refund today a week after they got the phone back and they charged me a 40% restocking fee.
I will be contacting the credit card company next."

"Any good reviews for these folks were probably written by the staff. Total rip off, I should have known better. I ordered a phone on the 24th (Monday)after calling to ensure it would work with Verizon.
On the 25th the status was pending. On the 26th the status was pending - I called and was told it would leave that afternoon.
ON the 27th still pending, called again was told UPS didn't stop by.
On the 28th - now a Friday I called again, still no status. I was put on with their "shipping" department and given a song and dance about UPS didn't pick up, sorry blah blah blah...
Monday the 31st is a holiday... no shipping
Tuesday the 1st of June - still not shipped. I told them to cancel the order.
9 days later, the phone shows up - the phone I cancelled.
Today I took it to Verizon, it doesn't work and won't program. Today I'll call them to complain and ask for a refund. Anyone want to guess how that turns out?"

Received confirmation email with UPS 2 day delivery without UPS confirm #. "Do not buy from!! I ordered this on the 6th of May and paid for UPS Ground shipping to my office. On May 17th I got a notice from the POST OFFICE stating I had a package from them at my HOME address. I am not home to get packages there and my post office closes early. So I pay for something I don't even get! I refused the shipment and had to get a different phone locally and now they are trying to charge me a restock fee. "I Needed to get a rare phone quickly and tried 2 or 3 other sites which claimed to have it in stock only to cancel my order. Not only did Cell2get have my cell phone but they had great customer service, and run an interesting cell phone blog (which is how i found them). I would shop with them again when I upgrade for sure

"I believe these people are frauds - the make money from what they call a "restocking fee".
I ordered a Nokia "brand new", "unlocked" phone, after a month of waiting a received the box from them.
The phone was by far not a brand new, but what is the most important - it was locked and thus, ultimately did not work at all.
I tried to contact them - by mail and the phone. I spent three days in these useless endeavors; finally I sent it back.
Two weeks later I received my "refund" - about 60% of initial amount I paid. They called "restocking" fee. Another two weeks I tried to catch their managers to discuss this problem. When I ultimately succeeded to do this it turned out that it does not matter, that the phone does not work - they "can nothing to do about restocking - it is programmed"!
The idea is simple - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on these FRAUDS!!!"
"I ordered a "brand new phone" a G'zone from this website,with 3day ups shipping and what I got almost 2wks later was a used G'zone in the wrong box with no owners manual and over an hour of talk time, phone had several scuffs and scratches,this was supposed to be a christmas present which is why I wanted new,tried to call the business but they were rude and told us to call back well Mirwin wouldn't answer the phone so we emailed him telling him we didn't want a used phone and will be sending it back,the phone was 209.99 and all we got back was 149.99 the rest he claims is retocking fee,so if this doesn't work in resolving his ways and the chargeback doesn't work,then I already filed a complaint with the BBB,and federal trade commission,and I might since it is false advertisment take him to small claims court for the difference and then sue him for the false advertisment,then I'm gonna report him to the FBI since phone crossed state lines and was sold over the internet it will fall under there internet crimes dept.I don't care if it cost me over 1000.00 to get my 73.00 back I will get it back.
