"WARNING!! Cell2 DECEITFULLY BUSINESS PRACTICES: Called Cell2 prior to ordering for confirmation on a 2 day delivery date. Ordered phone Monday late representative said would be sent out on Tuesday. Received confirmation email with UPS 2 day delivery without UPS confirm #. Did not receive phone Thursday contacted Cell2 and was told they would refund my 2 day delivery fee it would post to my account Friday. 1 WEEK LATER NO PHONE NO REFUND."
