"First they charged my account twice, which I had to call and have resolved. Then they sent me an email with tracking number saying my order had shipped. Then I received an email stating my order was complete. I then received yet another email stating my order was on back order. I am very displeased with this kind of service, it shows poor organization. It calls into question the integrity of the company and makes one wonder if this is no more than scam. The only resolution for anyone in this so far, is the fact that they have my money and I yet to have the products I ordered."

"I ended up cancelling the order because the phone I was going to get from T-Mobile was cancelled. Initially, cellular outfitter said it had shipped already. Later after calling back a number of times and waiting for someone to respond to the call, they checked it out and found that there was a problem in shipping and it had not been shipped. They then cancelled the order."
