"First, I have not yet received my order, so I do not know about the quality. But I was very disappointed in that my order total did not include any shipping charges when I agreed to pay it by PayPal. When I looked at my PayPal confirmation it included $7.98 shipping charges (double the cost of my order). Since it was after hours on a Saturday I immediately sent an email to Cellularoutfitter.ca to complain, and I got a return message saying they got my email and would reply the next business day. They did not reply, so I phoned them. The gal I spoke to apologized and her best offer was to reduce my shipping charges by 25 percent. Because I wanted the order and the price of the order seemed reasonable, and I needed the items soon, I agreed. But I'm not a happy camper. I never did receive a reply to my email."
