"This is one of the worst online shopping experiences that I have ever had. Comfort 1st lacks support, customer service, and communication. I had to contact them and inquire about my shipment order since I have not received confirmation of shipment status after a few days. The website stated that it was in stock. A customer rep, Amber, stated that she will check up on it and she did not reply until 4 days later after I emailed once again. I emailed another 2 times since I have not received the order explaining that I urgently needed this. I was 9 months pregnant and needed the stroller soon. I asked that a manager contact me or else I would cancel the order. I received an email 2 weeks after I purchased the stroller, cancelling my order. The color that I wanted is now back ordered on other websites. This experience was very disappointing and obviously the company could care less about their customers. I will never shop or recommend this store to anyone."

"Honestly, I couldn't tell you one good thing about this online seller except that they reply to emails quickly. Besides that, they are horrible. I received a gift for my baby shower, and had already received the same so I wanted to return it. They sent me a gift card to their website only, even though the bag was purchased through Amazon. If you go browsing their site, most of the things I wanted were redirected to amazon's website and were only available that way. But they would only give me a giftcard for their site only. This becomes basically worthless. I had even gone so far as to email them the dialog I had with Amazon, which stated they would get me either an Amazon gift card or credit. Great! They still sent me a gift card for their site. Finally after a few emails back and forth they told me they would send me a Visa gift card that would be good online. After a month of not received anything I emailed them asking when I would receive it. They email back stating it was issued with an invoice number and here was the online link. If I never emailed, they never would have shared the link, or would I have gotten to use that money for other baby necessities. They are truly the worst!!!"

"I have contacted customer services several times. There has been no response. I purchased a gift card and have requested that it be emailed to my account. No response. It is a gift for work and I need it immediately. This should be a very embarrassing situation for a retail business but they don't seem to care. They don't respond. My coworker is going out on medical leave and I won’t see her until she returns following the baby. She was going to pay an additional $200.00 to buy the stroller. Now... I am forced to tell all my coworkers that your company did not send me the gift card I purchased. This means my coworker does not get her gift. I order gifts regularly on the web. This is my worst and only awful experience with a company that could not even email a gift certificate.. I can only assume they don’t care about customers. I won’t be using this company again and I will be sure that everyone I know avoids this company."

"Found the product I wanted through a Google shopping search. They had the item in stock, shipped it right away, and I received it when promised. I had no reason to contact them for anything so I can't rate their customer service but I did receive email confirmations and shipping notices right away along with a tracking number for my package. It was a good experience."

"Still waiting on one item, all other items arrived promptly within a week of ordering, so far my order has been correct. Items arrived via Fed Ex and signature requried. Unfortuenetly, I still don't know what the status is on the final item as I have not been given a tracking number as I did with the other items, which is confusing seeming I ordered all the products at the same time. Overall happy I found babies1st/Comfort1st website as there prices were less than big box stores. I am looking forward to my order being complete as I am due in less than a month. As long as I recieve final items in the next few days I will be extremely satisfied and will recommend this company to family and friends. Fair prices, fast shipping (for the most part) and military discounts!"

"Great! I ordered online and when I clicked "submit," the webpage timed out before the order was completed, though PayPal had charged my account. I emailed Comfort1st's customer service and they got back to me within a day or two and promptly fixed the matter. I received my order with no problems. Thanks so much!"
