"This is one of the worst online shopping experiences that I have ever had. Comfort 1st lacks support, customer service, and communication. I had to contact them and inquire about my shipment order since I have not received confirmation of shipment status after a few days. The website stated that it was in stock. A customer rep, Amber, stated that she will check up on it and she did not reply until 4 days later after I emailed once again. I emailed another 2 times since I have not received the order explaining that I urgently needed this. I was 9 months pregnant and needed the stroller soon. I asked that a manager contact me or else I would cancel the order. I received an email 2 weeks after I purchased the stroller, cancelling my order. The color that I wanted is now back ordered on other websites. This experience was very disappointing and obviously the company could care less about their customers. I will never shop or recommend this store to anyone."
