On the 11th of March, I bought and Acer Laptop from this store on amazon.com. On the 13th, they sent me a tracking number to follow up with FedEx. I live in Maryland and the item had to get to me all the way from where their warehouse was.
Somewhere along the way, the merchandise got lost by FedEx. I contacted them. They kept telling me we will call you back over and over but they never did. Finally I got a hold of them. They said they couldn't give me another merchandise or refund my money unless Fedex paid them for the merchandise.(Even though I paid for the item and the shipping was on their part) I spoke to their customer service and they were terrible.
They lied about everything that I asked them. I had already talked to FedEx and they did not know that.
Now, after paying $890 for a laptop, I didn't get my item neither did I get my money back. This is not a way to treat a 19 year old. I don't even have that much money.
Don't Buy From This Company. They Lie, They Steal and I Don't Think They Have Any Merchandise To Sell To Anybody. They probably take your money and buy the item from someone else.
My lawyer is filing a Lawsuit against them and I'm also filing a police report.

I placed my order on 2/16/07 for a paper binding machine, $50.80, listed as "in stock". Soon after, received a phone call advising that it was NOT in stock, but would be available in about a week. No problem, I'll wait.
Going on 2 weeks I see that the item is still listed as "in stock" but now is $49.04. Called and was advised that it was ready for shipment and I'd get the new price. 3/01 received email that it had shipped and I'd get a tracking email.
Today is 3/06, NO tracking email, NO PRODUCT.
Finally received item and it was USED!! Evidently was drop-shipped, Computer Brain was not pleased. I was to FedEx the item back (they paid shipping) and would send out another once mine was back.
Bottom line it took nearly a month for me to get the item I ordered and I won't be placing another order with Computer Brain."

But after I emailed about the issue, i received a call back which was nice. They said they would check it out but i never heard from them again. The package was delivered that same day so turned out ok."
