"I liked the website, which showed that the item I wanted was in stock. The ordering process was clear, and I got an email confirmation of my order. They sent an update later saying that it had been shipped, but the shipment tracking number was not sent, as the update said it would be. It may be some glitch, and did not really matter, since it arrived so quickly that I would not have checked on it. (I have sent them a note about this.) I did view my order later on their website, and the tracking number was shown there.
