Best craft store for value

Poorly wrapped order
"I ordered 15 small concrete letters and when I received them every one was broken. They were not individualy wrapped and then put into a peanut filled box, they were packed 6-8 pcs in a single bubble envelope and put into a box with no peanuts....what were they thinking. I called and requested a refund and it was immediately issued so that part of the service was excellent! Shipping needs to be better!"

Free shipping on the weekend was a bit confusing.
"I appreciate the free shipping but when I put in my order initially on the first day, it wouldn't give me free shipping. There was no promo code and their was no explanation of how the Free Shipping was automatically calculated. I waited till the next day and the free shipping was calculated into the total price of the order. There is no response from customer service on the weekends, if you email them.
It shipped quickly and I am satisfied with the products I bought. Will Shop again."

Great products, great website, great shipping!
"I usually go to Michael's to buy my craft supplies, and not too long ago I started shopping on their website. But what they offer is very limited. I paint Christmas ornaments, and I was SO happy to see that ConsumerCrafts offers a nice variety of clear glass ones year round. Upon further browsing of the site I also ordered some crafts for my son to do, and ornaments for him to paint for the tree this year.
CC will definitely be my new go-to crafty supplier! And I LOVE not having to go to the store to buy my clear ornaments every time I'm running low. And I'm pretty sure they are a tad bit cheaper than Michael's, too.
Coupons in e-mails are great, I just always wish there were more of them! :)"
