Poorly wrapped order
"I ordered 15 small concrete letters and when I received them every one was broken. They were not individualy wrapped and then put into a peanut filled box, they were packed 6-8 pcs in a single bubble envelope and put into a box with no peanuts....what were they thinking. I called and requested a refund and it was immediately issued so that part of the service was excellent! Shipping needs to be better!"
