Can't see due to slow processing and shipping
"You took time to verify my prescription that was only 6 months old. You "shipped" my contacts more than a week ago for delivery on Monday, but they still have not been delivered 3 days past the original date.
I ordered with contacts to spare. Now I'm walking around blind."

Posted Mar-12-2025HI. I do sincerely apologize for your frustrations. Upon review of your order, I see it was placed on the 1st which is after business hours. During the time you placed the order, you choose to have us fax the doctor for your prescription verification. Federal Law requires we allot each doctors office 8 business hours to respond before we are able to process the order has entered online by the customer which is known as passively verified. This is exactly what happened with your order. Since your order was placed during non-business hours, we had to wait to fax your doctors office when both our business and their office opened. In addition, you are prescribed a specialty lens. Per our website, those lenses need to be ordered directly from the manufacturer and typically take 1-3 business days to arrive. We shipped within the allotted time frame and shipped on 3/6. Typically, USPS 1st class mail (which you paid for) is 3-7 business days delivery. They are currently within the time frame of delivery. I apologize for any inconveniences caused to you.
Again, I do apologize. They were shipped on 3/6 and if USPS chooses to put a date on their tracking it is only an estimated date of delivery and it is up to their discretion to change it. No date is guaranteed. Again, 1st Class mail is an estimated 3-7 business days. Since your package was shipped on 3/6 they do have until 3/17 to deliver within their estimated time frame. Unfortunately, Saturdays are not counted as business days since there are some USPS locations that do not operate on Saturdays.
