Ridiculous offers you can't use
"I hate when you offer 20% off for a promo but then when it says add these glasses for FREE or whatever it takes that away. You aren't offering them free - it's ridiculous. They are $40. Quit trying to scam people and just say - here are your option of benefits - ... Just be honest
And 1-4 days for express shipping - when standard is pretty much the same. I need them quick. It should be actual express."

I like the SMS to reorder
"When I hit the reorder button it only added one of the packs to my order not both. I had to manually re-enter my prescription for my second eye's contacts. Not a big deal but could have been more seamless."
