"I spoke to Anna at Control Central sales dept. About the smart time wall timer I was trying to find. She was very helpful. She found the timer fairly quickly called me back left a message. Let me know that it was available, compatible and how much it would cost. I was pleasantly surprised, but I did think that the shipping cost was more than it should’ve been for something that small.
I received the timer fairly quickly replaced the old timer with the new timer and so far It seems to work fine. The old timer was rated at 1/3 hp. The new timer is 1 hp , apparently they don’t manufacture the 1/3 hp anymore so I gave it a shot and so far it seems to work fine. I am very satisfied with Your customer support and would definitely recommend your company. If the situation arises in the future and I need any other products, I will be buying it from Controls central. Thank you Anna !"

Either lies, or just incompetence by Controls Central
"Product showed in inventory, confirmed by Jessica, order placed. Was told items (2) would go right out, and tracking number will be provided. Should be a quick turnaround, New York to New York. The next day as no tracking number was provided. Jessica advised she would speak with shipping and "get it right out" again, look for the tracking information. The next business day, Monday, I checked the site, and the items still showed in stock. I called, spoke with Jessica looking for answers as your products are needed to conduct business. Jessica then advised they really are not in stock and you can't rely on the inventory shown. She continued with there is a "glitch" in the inventory program (or something to that effect) that causes it to not be reliable. I cancelled and she advised I would have a credit posted in 15 minutes. At the end of the day, I received an email advising I would have a credit in 1 - 3 days. When I replied back with my thoughts, bookkeeping jumped with a credit within a few minutes.
Don't you guys understand that your business success is only based on my business success? Just another .com......"
