"I can't recommend these guys enough! We had a small issue with one of the products (used) and not only did Jacob and his team fix the issue VERY FAST, they went way above and beyond what they needed to do. When they tell you customer satisfaction and their reputation is of the utmost importance to them, BELIEVE IT. They showed exactly that to me. If you're in the market for marine audio and don't give these guys a chance, then you've missed out. You WILL NOT get better customer service anywhere else. They satisfied my audio needs with excellent equipment and I'm now considering adding even more stuff JUST so I can give them more business. Thank you so much Creative Audio!"

"I purchased a stealth box, it took a month to build. I started getting worried bc the website never updated. As I bought this online I started worrying that maybe I got scammed. I reached out on a Saturday. They were closed. A few minutes later I received a call from them saying they had missed a call from my number. I was surprised, but the guys got to work trying to figure out what happened. Man, when I tell you that they did not hesitate to work on a Saturday for me. I really appreciate them taking time out of their day, while simultaneously feeling like a but of a Karen. They went above and beyond to track it down and give me an update. I guess I know who I am sending all my friends to now. Thanks guys."
