Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff
"I needed new speakers for my boat, so I reached out to them. We went round and round over email with the staff, I told them what I was thinking, sent some pics for them to see. They steered me towards another brand, said it would fit my existing system better. Glad I listened this time, cause I love them. Boat is rocking loud and clear now. Lotsa problems, but not with Creative Audio
"First, my Visa got all upset because I shipped my order to my office, instead of my "billing address." Creative was all over it - 15 minutes after Visa declined, Creative was on the phone and that was fixed. Next, we ordered the wrong size speaker. Quick easy return processed, and the wrong speakers are on their way back, and we have ordered replacements, after a quick call. Great Service - Great communication. Everything I want in an online retailer. Thanks guys for doing a great job!

Amazing Experience!!!
"I ordered products late on a Saturday night. I received a shipping notification at 6:30 Sunday MORNING!! Received the products a few days later. In the package was a business card for a customer service rep in case I had any questions or issues. During installation I ran into an issue that I had a question about. Called the number, he answered and was very knowledgeable about the products and installation process. I could not be happier with this entire experience!!"
