"I purchased a memory (RAM) upgrade for my computer, The Crucial scan tool identified the correct memory modules for my system and they are working perfectly. The only minor issue was the (made in China) memory modules were overly tight in the memory slots and it was difficult getting the locking tabs to snap in place."

"The service has be fantastic! First I took advantage of the scan tool to make sure that my laptop would support the upgrade: it worked perfectly. Then, after I placed the order, one of the components wasn't in stock anymore, and I've been able to change it with another option using the chat service. The customer care representative has been very professional and understanding and upgraded me to a faster shipping. I got the parts I ordered just on time. Excellent service."
