"My experience with digitechstop was less than pleasant. The product listing on their webpage was wrong. This includes the picture and the specs. I contacted the owner after I opened the box to let him know what happened. The customer service was second to none and I am grateful for that. But, I did not shop there for the customer service, I wanted the product I ordered (which was the BeyerDynamic DT990's). Return shipping and the restocking fee would have been covered if I had wished to return the item but I choose to keep. It seems like most website selling the DT990's actually have them confused with the DT990 pro's. I didn't want to spend the extra money so I just kept the ones I was sent. Would have been nice to get a discount on this product or a future one for this inconvenience."

"Be very cautious when purchasing from this store. The picture you see of the product or its description may NOT match the product itself. Furthermore, they disclaim all responsibility for errors in their listings. To give credit where credit is due, however, email communications are first rate. So if you see a product you wish to purchase I would suggest emailing first to check that the product you are planning to buy is in fact the product shown."

"Found this site at Froogle and were selling a motorized in-dash video monitor by Pyle for $185. Not that it was cheapest compared to established brands like Alpine but also got good reviews at Amazon for that brand. Placed the order on Jan/25 and got it Feb/2 thru UPS ground. Customer service was alright, you get to talk to Randy's father( Randy is store owner) who will forward all your questions to him for he is always, well I tried to reach him twice, out. Said to be in Europe on business trips. The car monitor checked out fine but seem to be opened/repaired for packaging was hand made. Installed it after getting installation kit at Circuit City and love it, picture is sharp and even got built in TV receiver."
