"Stay far away from this company been a month now and no order or refund received. Have actualy laid a complaint of internet fraud against this company that is currently under investigation. If visiting companies website go to the forum and look under general chat you will see that it is not an isolated incident"

"Ordered an "in-stock" item from this website. It's two weeks later and I still have no information. I finally got them to respond to ONE of my emails, and I got back a useless generic response about how I'll be notified when my order ships. No phone number, essentially no response to emails. STAY AWAY from this company."

"Bought a OBD2 scanner in July. It stopped working in a week after being used once. Sent multiple emails and they insisted it was software problem. Finally convinced them to replace it. Returned the scanner at July 25 and haven't heard from them for more than a month. I had to ask my credit card company to charge back the money I paid. It seems this "company" only has two people. They are in charge of the sales, shipping and customer service. You might get a better service buying on EBAY. Don't waste your money here."
