This company processes all its orders through synnex.com. Should there be any problem with your order - you are on your own (no communication between synnex.com and directdial.com), directdial's customer service just forwards you to either synnex or shipper (which by their policy will send you back to directdial...)"

Product damaged and not usable. I can't even begin to express my disappointment. The exterior shipping box was perfect. The interior product box badly damaged. Seal broken. So you knowingly shipped this damaged product to me. Shame on you."
"Have ordered on boxing day weekend an asus vivopc computer which was selling at an unbelievable price. Two days later, they put order on hold without any explanation. I sent an email and awaiting an answer. The next day, they cancelled the order arguing they can do it for any reason they want because it's already told in accepted Terms and Condition. They mentioned it was a price error. I will never do business again with this company."
"On August 31, 2014 after checking several interesting offers of directdial.com published on their web-site (I have the proof) for projectors and TVs including NEC Display V423-DRD for $29, NEC Display V463-DRD for $37 and NEC Display E464 for $37 I have placed the Internet order # ***-***-**** for 2 NEC Display E464 46" 1080p LED-LCD TVs. On the same day I have received on my e-mail address an order confirmation stating all purchase details, including the price of merchandize, eco fees, shipping and insurance fees and total price of my purchase. Taking in consideration that the above-mentioned order was concluded according to the product details displayed on business web-site, confirmed via e-mail, and presented on my profile on August 31st, September 1st and 2nd, 2014, I expected the business to fulfill the order in due time. However, on 02.09.2014 I have got an e-mail informing me that my order was cancelled and deleted from web client account according to their policy. After several e-mail messages and even a well-dressed complaint logged through BBB they still denied the deal. Don't buy anything from this mom and pop basement company. Be aware - crooks are all around us!"
