“In stock” item canceled because they couldn’t order it
"I ordered the item when the web site said the item I needed was “in stock”. They called me to confirm my address and said it would ship that day. Next morning: order canceled because “the manufacturer discontinued the product and they cannot order from the manufacturer“. They shouldn’t have said it was in stock."

Bad Customer Service
"I have purchased a scanner for my store and when it came in it was missing the wire needed to work the scanner. I tried it out and used my own wire and the scanner did not work. I contacted their customer service via email, I explained the whole situation and they replied informing me that they don't do returns so then I asked for an exchange, as I am still in need of a scanner, and thy have yet to respond to my email that I've sent out about a week ago. Despite the scanner being brand new, unused, and arrived missing a key component in order for it to work they still wont do anything about it. Before you order from this company just be careful and reduce your expectations of what your receiving and the customer service you're going to receive."

First time buying and very happy with my purchase
"Ordered a large UPS backup power supply unit and the order was processed and shipped out within 24 hours. Shipping charges and customer service were also top notch. Normally when dealing with NCIX (rip) or Newegg.ca I expect time wasted with processing delays, shipping delays, etc. Not with directdial. They are very professional and quick to complete orders correctly. I wish all Canadian E-Commerce sites were this good."

Great Relationship
"I meet Dan 5 years ago when i first started at TMI. We have a great customer\buyer relationship, if he does not have the answer he will find someone who does. I normally get the products i order next day or very close to that. Dan understands our business and works very hard to get the product we are looking for at a fare price. I did have my favourite VAR before DirectDial but i have switched now. I also have the ability to order from the US store and have sent directly to a US locations. They also have many contacts with other IT related services in case you are in need of specialty work. I would recommend them to any IT team or company
