"I am not skilled when it comes to following technical procedures and thus found myself lost when trying to download the MS Office app I had just purchased. Activation Issues
"I purchased the OEM version of Win 11 for a new build. The purchase went as expected and the product key and download link came quickly. After installing the product it wouldn't activate. The error code said the key had already been used. After going back and forth with support - which was super responsive - I finally decided to use the 'phone activation' option which worked. I now have an activated version of windows and am delighted with the customer care provided."

"i am delighted to report that, following Suraj's responses to all of my questions, i was able to create a bootable dual layer windows 10 dvd on my pc. My pc is now successfully upgraded to windows 10 professional from Windows 7 with all of the existing software applications and documents fully functional. The bootable dvd and product key provided by DirectDeals are safely stored in case i need to install Windows 10 cleanly onto a new pc.
