"I am wary about purchasing software on-line, having had a very bad experience with PC Destination while back where I lost $69.99 as a result. So now I tried another software reseller 'Direct Deals' for purchase of Windows 10. However, when attempting to download Microsoft MediaCreationTool (free from MS) it repeatedly failed. I tried customer service, thinking they would not get back to be right away, since it was now 6pm on a Friday. To my surprise, Suraj instantly responded and provided support, eventually allowing me to bypass the Microsoft tool download and install the ISO file-based operating system using Nero DVD Creator (already on my system) instead. I felt I was in good hands, and customer support (Suraj) was there for me every step of the way!"
