AMAZING customer service!
"I purchased 9 track light heads, and after a while two went bad. I sent an email to customer service and got a personal response the next day. Not only was the response quick (and not an email bot), that same day they had shipped out replacents under warranty. This is the kind of service I would expect from a local "brick and mortar" store with a face to face purchase, but to have this kind of service from an internet purchase is above and beyond. Will definitely buy from them again !!"

I'm a builder, 2nd time using
"Cheapest place to buy. My normal light fixture places were 6-7 times higher. First-order was for a large custom home with lots of track lighting in hallways for art. About 200 ft of track and 80 heads, so with that large an order and my regular place so high, I saved almost $4,800.00 on lights. DL screwed up one part of the shipment with white track instead of black. Reshipped immediately and told me to keep the white track. Everything worked great, but it's track lighting so I don't expect a lot of problems.
2nd order was a small commercial job. The light fixtures speced weren't suitable ( wouldn't fit in place) so I ordered from DL a small 30' run of the track with 10 heads and it arrived 4 business days later. So quick shipping saved me as electricians were about to pull off the job and it would have been hard to get them back for a few light fixtures. Plus customer was in a rush to move in.
