Order Incomplete

"Disappointing when one of the Jan Barboglio Guardian Angel boxes arrived missing the metal card with blessing. This was a Christmas gift that I gave to someone. Two calls in to Distinctive Decor, and although they were very friendly we still don't have the card."

Great company with an amazing staff!

"This was my first purchase from Distinctive Decor and I was absolutely delighted, both with the dinnerware (Antiqua by le Cadeaux) and with the superb customer service. The dinnerware was to be a Christmas present for my sister in Georgia. Due to supply problems and winter storms beyond the company's control, it appeared my gift would not arrive before Christmas. But somehow the staff managed the impossible, and my sister received her gift on time. I had the pleasure of speaking and emailing with three different staff members. Each one was courteous, friendly, and caring. I am very happy!"

Not in stock but they took my money anyway

"I ordered and paid for 2 different Dunoon mugs when the package arrived it only contained 1 mug. I called to inquire about the missing mug and was told it was on back order and it would likely be arriving sometime in February. The order was placed several weeks before Christmas for a Christmas gift. When I asked why their website showed the mug in stock I was told it was a common complaint and they offered me a refund for the second mug. This was very annoying and left me scrambling at the last minute to find a replacement gift. They need to tell their customers the truth and not mislead about what is in their stock."

Don't Throw in the Fire!

"I gave the Melamine dishes to my daughter's boyfriend. He has a wonderful outdoor kitchen/grilling area which they use all the time. However, when I was there and we cooked outside he used paper plates and then threw them in the fireplace. Okay for the two of them but the Melamine will be nice to use for company."

Christmas Candle

"Delivery was great! On time, carefully packaged. The candle however was disappointing. I expected more scent, smelled like a $20 candle, not one bought from a highly recommended company for $85. Will not be ordering this candle again."
