I purchased some Nora Fleming items for a bridal shower, and everything was wrapped and packaged beautifully and arrived in time for the special day. Great service when the item is in stock.
"When the item is in stock it comes packaged carefully and it comes quickly. If the item is not in stock, it takes a long time. I order mugs that I love from England. But if there is any problem, they replace and make it right."

Great customer service and quick delivery
"I ordered 20 biscuit trays, 19 of which were on backorder. I called the company as while I was on hold, she called the manufacturer to check when the items would ship. She then returned to my call and confirmed that the items would be available in less than a week. The items were gifts for a golf outing so knowing that the items would arrive in time was huge! They did arrive in the time frame promised and they were perfect!! The customer service agent even sent me a follow up email with the expected ship date! She went above and beyond !"

Great deal, Great Customer Service

I had to call them to ask a question and their customer service was excellent as was their shipping time.
