Simply Gorgeous!
I ordered this dress for my daughter's wedding. As the mother of the bride and only two weeks until the wedding, I was frantic when I hadn't found my dress yet. I had read a couple of other reviews on Dress First and decided to just go for it and order and hope for the best. I looked at the size chart and found that my size looked like it would be the actual measurements. To my relief, the dress came on time and in beautiful condition. It was also true to size with the measurements on the size chart. It fit me like a glove and I felt like a beautiful Mother of the Bride. I can't be more happy about Dress First and their professional, fast, accurate, and beautiful selection on dresses. I should have never doubted! Great company!"

"My issues have been resolved and within a timely manner which is much appreciated. Dress first will do anything to resolve any issues which is great . Very nice and understanding staff. The only thing I recommend to change would be the return policy , but other than that I think they are very professional when it comes to a stressful bride like me."

"Wedding set in September. A beautiful wedding gown and an exquisite veil were the first things that came to my mind. Thus, I searched online for my favorite style. "I'm am very disappointed at this company! When I ordered my dress there was written al over the dress first.com website that the shipping was free, but still I got an invoice from a shipping company a few weeks after receiving the dress of no less then 400 Swedish crowns, wich is about 35 €! If I would have known that these 400kr would have been added to the price I would surely have reconsidered buying the dress!
Dressfirst contacted me today and are giving me the money for the schipping back wich I am very thankfull and happy about. Thank you for excellent costumerservice! The dress by the way was beautiful too and I'm very satisfied with it! Schipping went fast an the dress arrived in perfect shape."

"Ok, so finally a manager has contacted me and we came to a solution that will work for both of us. I am able to return the dress for a full refund, but since I really liked the dress quality and color, I went ahead and order the same dress and hopefully my instructions are clear and the dressmakers will follow them without changing it. Once I get the dress I ll post my review again."

"I ordered my dress back in July and it was everything I could have hoped for. The dress was just like the picture. The workmaship was amazing. The beadwork was gorgeous. I really liked how prompt they were. I live in what's considered a "remote" location so things typically take longer to get to me but the arrival was 3 full days before they expected it to reach me. I loved they are open with communication. You ask a question and they respond within 1 business day like they state on their website. I am super happy with my shopping experience with them and I will return for future purchases. Because of them my wedding day in October will be that much more magical because I have the perfect dress."
