"I'm am very disappointed at this company! When I ordered my dress there was written al over the dress first.com website that the shipping was free, but still I got an invoice from a shipping company a few weeks after receiving the dress of no less then 400 Swedish crowns, wich is about 35 €! If I would have known that these 400kr would have been added to the price I would surely have reconsidered buying the dress!
Dressfirst contacted me today and are giving me the money for the schipping back wich I am very thankfull and happy about. Thank you for excellent costumerservice! The dress by the way was beautiful too and I'm very satisfied with it! Schipping went fast an the dress arrived in perfect shape."
