"This is my second order.
Order has not ship for over 10 business days and there was no notification until I called them and was told it is backordered.
Order was placed with shipping availability of 24 hrs.
Similar to second order, my first order was not processed at all untill I called them and that was about 3 business days, NOT the 24hrs processing time they claim.
I cannot understand how they have a decent rating over at resellerratings.com.
Their price compared to others is great but if time and reliability is your factor don't count on them to save your life."
