"0 for 2 on the toys. Bought one and it failed in a few weeks. Eden Fantasys replaced it quickly and were very pleasant about it. The second one (same product) failed in a few weeks also. Well, I figured out that the device was not "water proof" as advertised. They gave me a full credit without trying to blame me for the failures of 2 products. Very pleasant people to deal with. And they obviously back up their products. So, now that the issue is mostly likely resolved I will try again. If this 3rd time fails, and I will be very careful about washing it, then it must be a bad product/manufacturer. I would say their customer service is 5 stars."

Anna is great!
"I recently received an order I placed (1 of many I will add), and I thought 1 of the toys was either malfunctioning or broken. This was new to me because I've never had a problem with any product I've bought. So, I went to the chat on the website and Anna was my guide to success! She was very patient with me, explained the toy, what it was supposed to do, how it was supposed to work and even some tips to make it work better. Y'all definitely need to keep her around, especially for people like me who tend to misplace my brain every once in a while. She is kind and, again, very patient.
